Senior MEP Project Manager (MEP & FIA) – Data Center Projects

We are seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial projects, driving the full lifecycle of MEP & FIA packages from planning through commissioning. This is a key leadership role with significant impact, working alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of MEP & FIA packages on major commercial projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Monitor project progress, preparing regular reports and proactively mitigating risks.
• Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee installation and commissioning to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Run project meetings and coordinate with other construction disciplines.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, permits, and construction standards.
• Build and maintain strong client and contractor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years’ experience managing MEP & FIA systems on large commercial construction projects.
• Strong expertise in MEP systems, fire protection, design, and installation.
• Proven experience on data centre or pharmaceutical projects (strongly preferred).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with construction contracts such as FIDIC or NEC.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
• PMP certification is a plus.
